Hows so?
By the way, I was born in Cuba, and I was accepted in USA under the Cuban Adjustment Act, the same one that protect me against the very same crimes that today USA State Department want to hide committed by Danish authorities.

Why the FBI is negating to investigate this case?
I WANT EXTRADITION TO USA FOR THOSE CRIMINALS RESPONSIBLE.

Today it is three years when I was tortured and kidnapped by the Danish police in Copenhagen, Denmark. A crime of hate and racism, just because my skin's color. Beside to be arrested without to be informed what was the reason for it. There are not explanation why I was arrested until today. I was tortured and kidnapped by five hours without to let me contact the USA embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark. This is a high and clear violation of Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963 Article 36 (a)(b)(c), (VCCR) where both countries Denmark and USA, they are full signers of this International agreement. Consequence of this torture, today I am a person with one centimeter less in my left shoulder and several other disease related with my left arm and doctors can NOT guarantee that I will be recovered 100% back as I was before. In other words, handicap for life.
It is obligation from the USA authorities to immediately protest this brutalization against one of their own citizen. Until today not one voice have been arose neither from the USA embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark, The USA State Department (Condoleezza Rice and Hillary Clinton), the USA presidents (George W. Bush and Barack H. Obama) any of my Senators Bill Nelson, Mel Martinez, and my congressman Lincoln Diaz Balart, my governor Charlie Crist from Florida, USA, despite my multiple request to all of them.
They ask me my vote but they do not want to guarantee me rights. Hypocrisy and Double Standard.
The silence from USA authorities have been really a shame on them. But this is not only until here. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) it is also in collaboration for NOT investigate (Listen audio here from Brain a FBI's officer ) and prosecute the criminals responsible of these federal offense inside the USA State Department and USA embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark. As well the USA State Department, they invited me to lawsuit Danish authorities but hang me up the phone when I asked them the responsibility of USA authorities.
I have been process in Danish court two times where I have been declared guilty for a crime that is not specified.
Who is the hand(s) inside the Danish State Attorney that hide this key evidence to my lawyers?
The Danish Supreme Justice Court already give up the case. For consequence, this case has been already sent to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) since last October 5, 2009. Mario Herrera vs. Denmark. We are waiting final settlement and also this case is open to be settled in USA justice court. (Already in process).
Actually I have been harassed in my own home by the Danish police, (October 2, 2009) persecuted in the street. (October 7, 2009). Reported both to the Danish police, USA embassy and the FBI and not answer have been generated for none of them.
Today, I have been threat to be sent to the police by DATILSYNET a Danish Internet Regulator, due I am exposing in my web page the photo from Nicolai Cederskjold (See photo below) who I identify the torturer against my person together with Anders Bitsch. This is the Danish police officer that tortured me November 1, 2006 (three years ago). My answer to DATILSYNET it is NO WAY! I am NOT going to remove the picture from this web page, this is my FREEDOMO OF EXPRESSION this picture is going to be here (see picture below) until this case will be clarify in a court where I will have a fair and justice legal guarantees and if you (Datatilsynet) want to prosecute me, then BRING IT ON!!! All these is POLITICAL and that is the main reason why USA authorities and Media have been in silence allowing this crime get away with justice.
How to justify the extradition of Camilla Broe (Everybody is innocent until proven guilty in a fair and justice court ) is a Danish citizen extradited and in jail in Miami, (Exactly from the place where I come from) and not these criminals Danish policemen that tortured an American citizen for Hate and Racisms? This is Hypocrisy and Double Standard
I challenge the Danish State Attorney and step forward with the responsible(s) that hidden documentation in court in my case. I challenge the USA State Department to step forward with the responsible(s) that silence my case and negated me protection under VCCR.
